Top 10 Wrestlers Never to Win a WWE Title
The following is a list of the Top Ten wrestlers in the WWE to never win a title in the promotion. This includes all titles promoted under the WWE and previous (WWF, WWWF, Capital City Wrestling) names.
However is does not include title runs of the World Heavyweight Championship or United States Championship when they were promoted under the WCW and NWA banners. Wrestlers who held those titles under the NWA and WCW banners, but not under the WWE banner, but who wrestled in the WWE and didn’t win a title are eligible for this list.
Main criteria for being inclusion on this list: 1) a minimum one-year tenure in the WWE; 2) a significant impact upon the WWE; 3) success outside the WWE.
